This 165 unit hotel sits on a sloping site in Santa Cruz, California facing Monterey Bay.

Located adjacent to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Seaside Amusement Park, this resort hotel aims to provide a five-star environment for Silicon Valley families. The program includes a ballroom, spa, four conference spaces, a restaurant/bar, pool bar, hotel-specific kitchen, staff facilities, kids' room, and rooftop function area, all over three levels of parking. 

This project has forced creative solutions to allow for adaptation and integration with existing historical bell tower building, module unit irregularity to comply with ten separate height restriction sectors, and 63 different guest room floor plans.
