This private residence, located in San Diego, California was a recent purchase for this client who wanted it to better serve his growing family. The home was originally built as a part of a larger neighborhood development that made it feel "empty" and awkard. Working closely with the client, we were able to work through a variety of scenarios to uncover a more useful and comfortable layout with an aesthetic that better represented the family.
