This mixed use building contains 24 residential units and 3-4 adaptable commercial spaces atop two levels of below grade parking. The triangle shaped site, forced between the intersection of Nimitz and Voltaire in Point Loma in San Diego, California, offers a unique opportunity for the building to trace the perimeter and leave a comfortable courtyard for tenant amenities.
